AM3 On-Board Programmer DWire Type1 Specification
  • This On-Board Programmer supports AM3 flash microcontroller series with DWire32 communication function
  • No loader program is required.
  • It includes one model writing algorithm software. You can purchase writing algorithm software of other models separately
  • You just need to connect signals including DWire 32 connection port, VDD and GND of AM3 microcontroller to 5 pin x 2 connector for connection with target system. A connection cable is included
  • A Connectors is pin compatible with PX-FW2.


AM1 On-Board Programmer DWire Type1 Specification
  • This On-Board Programmer supports AM1 flash microcontroller series with DWire8 communication function
  • No loader program is required.
  • It includes one model writing algorithm software. You can purchase writing algorithm software of other models separately
  • You just need to connect signals including DWire8 connection port, VDD and GND of AM1 microcontroller to 5 x 2pin connector for connection with target system. A connection cable is included.
  • A Connectors is pin compatible with PX-FW2.

AM1 On-Board Programmer DWire Type2 Specification
  • This AM1 On-Board programmer is an upgrade version of type1 including a stand-alone writing function which requires no HOST PC, in addition to the operation function by HOST PC.
  • It has a stand-alone function which requires no HOST PC and supports efficient writing operation at the production field.
  • It provides 2 Mbytes of flash memory for stand-alone writing and 4 writing files can be stored.
  • Stand-alone writing is performed by On-Board Programming unit switch, and the completion of writing operation is informed by LED and buzzer.
  • It switches automatically between self-mode (AMOBP Commander) and stand-alone mode depending on the USB connection with HOST PC.
  • Three types of operation power are supported: USB bus power, AC adoptor and Target.

  • AMOBP Commander is composed of the GUI part and the type dependent part.
  • The GUI part is shared among all product types.
  • The type dependent part registers the type package software prepared for every product type in GUI.
  • The loader program on the microcontroller is included in the type package software.
  • Since it is binary-compatible with PX-FW2, its writing reliability is same as PX-FW2.
  • You can purchase the type package software separately.
  • The supported OS is Windows 2000 / XP / Vista / 7(32bit).
  • You can download the latest AMOBP Commander GUI software from the "Support" page. Quick start guides, target connection diagrams and user's manuals are available on the "data" page. It is highly recommended to use them before you get AMOBP Commander.
